(Overview)
A space for local creativity - Built from the ground up, this independent creative space in Amsterdam gave local artists and designers a place to share and sell their work. More than 30 creatives took part in its exhibitions, while a changing program of shows and workshops—developed in collaboration with the City of Amsterdam—brought new ideas and people into the space. I founded and led the project, shaping both its identity and its day-to-day experience. I designed the visual language and physical environment, curated exhibitions and workshops, and built relationships with artists and the local community. I also managed the practical side of running the space, from finances and inventory to leading the team. My role brought the creative vision and the operations together, turning an empty space into an active platform for local talent.
